So part of our process, obviously you dial 999 initially, if you have got an incident where you are thinking about fire or explosion or loss of containment, and your initial thoughts are there might not be anybody hurt at this time, so you are thinking fire services, so 999. Can we have some help from the Fire Services, please?

If you are worried about things such as escalation, things such as how are the public gonna interact with this, and obviously social media these days is very prevalent, we would also dial 999 and ask for the police. The police role in this would be to set up coordinates at the far end of the refinery so that we would prevent people from getting close to the refinery for their own safety, and the police would aim to manage that code and probably a couple of hundred meters away from the actual entrance to the refinery, and that would hopefully prevent people being involved in the incident when they did not need to be.
